Creative Session

Creative, Media, and Public Engagement Session
In addition to conventional paper presentations, The 6th Philippine Studies Conference in Japan 2026 will host a special session dedicated to alternative forms of scholarly exchange and creative presentation.
This session aims to provide a space for activities that do not easily fit within the standard conference paper format. We welcome proposals that introduce research through different media, formats, or interactive approaches. Possible formats include book talks, short film screenings, workshops, exhibitions, and other creative or experimental presentations related to Philippine Studies.
The session will be included in the official conference program and scheduled in a designated room.
