All participants, including presenters and attendees, are required to register and settle the participation fee through the following online system (Peatix).

Notes:

Mandatory Online Registration: All participants, including those not presenting and those planning to pay on the day of the event, must register and complete payment through the Peatix site above.
For Presenters: Please complete your payment by August 31, 2026.
Receipts: Receipts can be downloaded directly from your Peatix account.

Ticket Transfer Policy:

Tickets purchased through Peatix are non-transferable. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please follow the steps below:

Submit the Request: Contact us via the Contact Form. Please select "Ticket Transfer" as your inquiry topic.
Provide Details: In your message, provide the new ticket holder's full name, affiliation, and contact details.
Wait for Official Confirmation: The Organizing Committee will issue an official letter confirming the completed transfer at a later date.
