Can I pay onsite?
No. All Conference presenters and non-presenters must register online to participate in the Conference.
When will the conference program be available?
The program is scheduled to be released in late August 2026. Please note that the Organizing Committee cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding program details prior to this official release.
Can I present online?
All presentations will be on-site.
Does the conference arrange or recommend accommodations?
No, the Organizing Committee does not arrange or book accommodations for participants. Please search for and secure your own lodging in advance.
Can I make changes to my submitted abstract after submission, such as correcting the spelling of the first author's name, updating co-author information, changing affiliations or the presentation title, or making minor revisions to the abstract?
To avoid confusion in program preparation and conference management, requests for changes submitted after June 30, 2026 (23:59 JST) will generally not be accepted. Exceptions may be considered in unavoidable circumstances, such as changes in institutional affiliation.
